BioI'm Della aka Starryhawk and I run this joint. Welcome to my retarded life!!! I live in Sean's shoe. I'm not the shiniest apple on the tree... or the sharpest knife in the drawer or even the crunchiest fruit loop in the bowl, not the broadest of broadband connections, not the super-est of super glues.. not the.. err.. you get the point. I'm just me.. and that means ..uh, interesting. In a word: DITZY! (the absent-minded-professor sorta deal)
I have always wanted to be a writer. As a child I won the 1991 Young Author statewide award for my book The Four Tiny Kittens. I was always writing and drawing. When I wasn't doing that I was reading voraciously. I read anything and everything. I would haunt the library and was never happier than when I was surrounded on all sides by stacks of books. My favorite authors include Peter S. Beagle, Robert Frost, William Shakespeare, Peirs Anthony, Stephen King, David Sedaris, Isaac Asimov, Shel Silverstein and Roger Zelazny. The love of reading has followed me in life and influenced my choice of career as an English/Education major.
I also love folk music, autumn, etymology, Grecian myth, psychology, Tinkerbell, travel, collecting My Little Pony stuff, perusing used book stores, scary movies, stalking the peaceful sanctity of the night, black cats, looking like a fruit cake, singing Marvin Gaye music loudly and calling ugly things sexy with my best friend![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
